The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Joint Pain Of Osteoarthritis Combined With The Application Of The Chondroitin Sulfate And Zhuangguguanjie Pills

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect combined with the chondroitin sulfate and zhuangguguanjie pills in the treatment of knee joint pain of osteoarthritis, and explore new drug therapy to replace NASIDs.Method Using USA Rheumatism Association(ARA) " the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis ", exclusion critiria,clinical symptoms criterion, and Kellgren-Lawrence’s grading standards to select all the coincident experimental object. All subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and then the treatment group were applicated the chondroitin sulfate and zhuangguguanjie pills, and the control group were treated with diclofenac sodium. According to the diagnostic criteria of clinical symptoms of knee arthritis, to score the difference of curative effect before and after the treatment on the basis of this study. If the fraction is more than 15 points, the result is better; 11- 15 points is good; 6- 10 points is passable; less than 5 points is unqualified..Results Applicating the statistical analysis software of SPSS17.0 and the non parametric test of multigroup level data to compare with the difference between the two groups’ curative effect, the level of test is α=0.05. According to the x2 test, the result is x2 = 6.175, P=0.046 < 0.05, so we can get the significant difference between the two groups, and the difference have statistical significance.Conclusion The therapeutic effect combined with chondroitin sulfate and zhuangguguanjie pills on knee pain of osteoarthritis is better than the simple application of diclofenac sodium. We have a certain effect in the aspect of knee pain of the early and midterm osteoarthritis patients.
