Comparison Of Twotreatment On Intervening The Recurrence Of GERD

Objective:A comparative study on two intervention programs, one is the recurrence factors, and another is Chinese patent drug+recurrence factors. To explore their effectiveness and differences on interventing the recurrence of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). From the clinical angle,we try to explore the mechanism of action about Chinese patent drugs (Weining Tea and dan-wei-ning).Method:Firstly, from counting scores of the RDQ scale, we diagnose the recurrent sixty patients of GERD, who must belong to qi stagnation and dampness or bravery stomach disharmony of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Secondly, divides them into drug group and control group, after the same8weeks-initial treatment, carry out intervention of traditional Chinese patent drag+recurrence factors and single recurrence factors respectively. Follow-up for half a year, we compared the semiannual recurrence rate between the two groups. Finally, we make statistical analysis about their semiannual recurrence rate.Results:(1) The semiannual recurrence rate of drug group before and after this study is86.7%and14.8%respectively, the statistical difference is significant (P<0.01).(2) The semiannual recurrence rate of control group before and after this study is76.7%and36%respectively, the statistical difference is significant (P<0.01).(3) The respective semiannual recurrence rate between two groups after this study, the drug group is14.8%,36.0%in the control group, the recurrence rate of drug group is lower than the control group, the statistical difference is significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Both the recurrence and the Chinese patent drug+recurrence factors, all can reduce the semiannual recurrence rate of GERD significantly. The Chinese patent drag+recurrence factors is better. Based on syndrome differentiation, both Weining Tea and dan-wei-ning all can participate in interventing recurrence of GERD effectively.
