Objective:This paper aims to observe the clinical efficacy and anti-retroviral effect of Weining tea in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease of Qi stagnation Dampness obstruction, and to analyze its mechanism of action.Methods:The60patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30cases in each. The treatment group were treated with omeprazole enteric-coated tablets and Chinese medicine Weining tea, the control group were given omeprazole enteric-coated tablets with domperidone. The two groups were treated4weeks. Symptom scores, endoscopic characteristics and serum MTL, CCK values of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. After treatment, choose the cure and excellent cases, and follow-up12w, to observe the recurrence rate. Risk factors were intervened of the two groups during the treatment and follow-up.Results:1.Clinical comprehensive efficacy:the treatment group cure rate was60%,total effective rate was86.67%;the control group cure rate was36.67%,total effective rate was70.00%. Differences between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).2. After treatment, RDQ integral of the two groups was improved significantly,(P<0.01);RDQ integral improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05);3.Significantly improved in both groups in terms of endoscopic after treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group in the eradication of esophageal mucosal inflammation(P <0.05);4. Serum MTL, CCK content of the two groups after treatment was increased with statistically significant (P<0.05); compared with the control group, there was no statistically significant difference of serum MTL levels (P>0.05),CCK content of the treatment group increased, with statistically significant (P<0.05);5.After treatment, follow-up12w,the recurrence rate of treatment group was20.83.00%,control group was60.00%; and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),Conclusion:The research prompted Weining tea is the safe and effective Chinese medicine of treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Combined with Omeprazole, that surpasses the western medicine group in the improvement clinical symptoms, the efficacy of endoscopic and comprehensive clinical efficacy; treatment recurrence rate is significantly lower than the control group. Its mechanism may be related to regulate gastrointestinal function, promote gastrointestinal movement to prevent reflux of gastroduodenal contents.
