Purpose:This experiment by studying the " activate blood and resolve stasis andtonifying marrow methord "intervention on experimental cerebral hemorrhage in rats toObserve cerebral hemorrhage rats nerve function defect recovery and hematoma absorptionand the changes of cytochrome C around the hematoma and the degree of tissue damage.Andthen we may discusses the possible mechanisms of treatment of hemorrhagic stroke.We mayprovide a scientific basis for clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine abouthemorrhagic stroke.Method:The experiment adopts the healthy126Wistar rats.Randomly divided into6groups:Normal control group,control group,model group and treatment group.The treatmentgroup was divided into high,medium and low dose group.Normal group don’t have anytreatment.Model group and treatment group were injection autologous arterial blood.Drugdelivery methods:The normal group have normal diet;Control group was given normal saline(NS) to fill the stomach.The treatment groups were given the Chinese medicine to fill thestomach;We need to observe the general status of each group rats and record neural functiondefect score in the corresponding time points. Using pathological Image analysis softwareImage-Pro Plus calculated hematoma area percentage. Using Hematoxylin–eosin staining toobserve pathological changes of the positive cell of cytochrome C around the hematoma.Result:(1)Neural function defect score:Groups of rats can improve neural functiondefect with time,The treatment group compared with model group had obvious difference (P<0.05);(2)The percentage of hematoma area:Postoperative3days and7days.Treatmentgroup had significant difference compared with the model group (P<0.05).High dose groupin low dose group had significant difference (P<0.05)(;3)Around the hematoma cytochromeC positive cells number:Treatment group can reduce the expression of cytochromec,Treatment group had significant difference compared with model group (P<0.05),Highdose group compared with model group had significant difference (P<0.01).The therapy caninhibit the release of cytochrome C to a certain extent.Conclusion:The activate blood and resolve stasis,tonifying marrow methord can reducethe degree of nerve function defect,promote hematoma absorption,to a certain extent,inhibit the release of cytochrome C and play a protective effect of nerve tissue role; High doses ofhemorrhagic stroke effect is more apparent...
