Purpose: The purpose of this study is to observe the efficacy and safety of Chineseintervention treatment of stable angina pectoris, in order to establish the norms of medicaltreatment in stable angina pectoris.Method: The test selected clinic and spa area in line with stable angina pectoris (bloodstasis, phlegm blocking network card) diagnostic criteria for patients240cases wererandomly divided into a treatment group and the control group, two groups of120cases,pragmatic randomized controlled study to observe. The two groups were given a standardizeddrug treatment of angina Western medicine treatment group on the basis of Western medicinestandardized medication, combined with TCM,meet the Qi and Blood, phlegm blockingnetwork card, give Dan baskets tablets. Duration of treatment:3months. The primary efifcacyendpoint of angina, combined with before and after treatment of angina symptom score,TCMsyndrome score, the Seattle Angina Scale integral treadmill exercise test and ECG ST-Timprove the situation to evaluate its eiffcacy.Result: This study was pragmatic randomized controlled study of240cases, can bedrawn through statistical analysis, two groups in reducing angina, there were signiifcantdifferences in the eiffcacy of the symptoms of angina, nitroglycerin stopped lapse rate andTCM symptom score above than before treatment(P <0.05), and the treatment group wassigniifcantly better than the control group (P <0.05). The Seattle Angina scale score, the twogroups than before treatment have a signiifcant difference (P <0.05),two groups were able tosigniifcantly improve the quality of life of patients, and the treatment group than the controlgroup (P <0.05). The treadmill exercise test, the two groups were able to improve exercisetolerance in patients, and the treatment group than the control group (P <0.05). Eiffcacy in theelectrocardiogram, the two groups than before treatment were signiifcant differences (P<0.05), the two groups can improve ECG, and the treatment group was signiifcantly betterthan the control group (P <0.05). Indicators for monitoring the security of the two groups ofpatients before and after treatment were normal, and no adverse events occurred in the courseof treatment. Conclusion: Chinese intervention therapy to traditional Chinese medicine, and to reduce the number of angina attacks and to improve clinical symptoms, improve myocardial ischemia, and improve the quality of life in patients with stable angina pectoris eiffcacy wassigniifcantly better than the the simple western standardization medication, eiffcacy, andsafety. Auxiliarytreatment advantages.
