Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Chinese Herbal Compound In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris With Phlegm-turbid Obstruction Syndrome Of Coronary Heart Disease

Purpose:The purpose of this project is to observe the clinical effect of the combination of basic western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine on CHD with stable angina pectoris.By observing the clinical symptoms of patients and the changes of various indicators before and after taking the medicine,evaluating the clinical efficacy and safety.Material and method:72 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD)treated in the specialist outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM from November 2018 to November 2019 were divided into two groups: control group and experimental group,each group has 36 patients.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,while patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Tongyang Xiezhuo Expelling Phlegm on the basis of conventional western medicine.The two groups were treated for 4weeks.After the 4-week treatment was completed,the patients were observed separately.The changes of angina pectoris symptom efficacy,TCM symptom score,Seattle angina pectoris scale score,blood lipid efficacy and safety index before and after treatment in the two groups were analyzed statistically.Results:1.In the aspect of angina pectoris effect,the effective rate of the control group is 64.70%,and the total effective rate of the experimental group is 81.81%.The two groups of treatments had the effect of improving the symptoms of angina pectoris,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.Comparison of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine: the effective rate of the control group is 61.76%,the total effective rate of the experimental group is 81.81%,the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine is p < 0.05,the total score of traditional Chinese medicine is p < 0.05,the difference is statistically significant.And in the aspect of TCM curative effect,the experimental group is better than the control group.3.Comparison of scores of each group of Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale: Comparison of physical limitation,anginal stability,anginal frequency,treatment satisfaction between the two groups,P <0.05,the difference is significant.The comparison of disease recognition after treatment in the group was P <0.05;the comparison of disease recognition after treatment in the group was P> 0.05,and there was no difference in efficacy.4.Comparison of blood lipid efficacy: the effective rate of the control group was 70.58%,and that of the test group was 80.29%.The difference was statistically significant by rank sum test(P < 0.05).5.Changes of safety indexes: before and after treatment,the patients in the two groups were respectively given liver function,renal function,blood,urine,stool routine and other safety tests.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,and there was no comparability.No side effect after treated between the two groups.Conclusions:1.The combination of basic western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine Tongyang Xiezhuo Huotan compound is more effective in improving the symptoms of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris.2.Western medicine combined with Tongyang Xiezhuo Huotan compound treatment can effectively improve the TCM symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm turbid obstruction and improve the efficacy of blood lipids.3.Tongyang Xiezhuo Huotan compound prescriptions have no obvious or serious side effects while improving the clinical efficacy of stable angina pectoris in patients with phlegm turbidity obstruction coronary heart disease.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
