Objective:To discuss diabetic nephropathy and retinopathy correlation and riskfactor analysis in patients with type2diabetes mellitus. Methods: Selected in Mar,2010-Mar,2012Court of endocrinology,926cases oftype2diabetes in hospitalized patients,Determine Microalbuminuria (UALB)、Urinecreatinine (Cr), calculate UALB/Cr. All the subjects in accordance with the results ofthe UALB/Cr were divided into no albumnuria group (NA) and diabetic nephropathygroup (DN), the latter consisted of microalbuminuria group (MAU) andmacroalbuminuria group (CAU).MAU, CAU groups according to whether hypertensionwere divided into four groups: hypertension MAU group, no hypertension MAU group, hypertension CAU group, no hypertension CAU group. All the patients were dividedinto normal retina group (NR) and diabetic rentinopathy group DR, the latter consistedof background rentinopathy group (BDR) and proliferative diabetic rentinopathygroup(PDR) accoding to the professional opthalmologist dilated fundus andfluorescence contrast.BDR, PDR groups according to whether hypertension weredivided into four groups: hypertension BDR group, no hypertension BDR group, hypertension PDR group, no hypertension PDR group.Results:1.Single factor analysis of variance compared with the NA group, DNgroups in patients with long duration of diabetes, DR prevalence, percentage ofhypertension,SBP, FBG, HbA1C, TC, LDL, FC-P, UACR, higher,P <0.05; Comparedwith the NR group, DR groups in patients with long duration of diabetes, DNprevalence, percentage of hypertension,SBP, HbA1C, CRE, UACR,TC, higher, P <0.05.2.NA group and DN group DR prevalence difference was statistically significant;NR and DR group DN prevalence difference was statistically significant. 3.No hypertension NA group and hypertension NA group,no hypertension CAUgroup and hypertension CAU group DR prevalence difference is not significant. Nohypertension DN group and hypertension DN group,no hypertension MAU group andhypertension MAU group DR prevalence difference was statistically significant.4.No hypertension NR group and hypertension NR group,no hypertension DRgroup and hypertension DR group,no hypertension BDR group and hypertension BDRgroup,No hypertension PDR group and hypertension PDR group DN prevalencedifference is statistically significant.5.The influence factors of DN and DR Logistic regression analysis of the results:merger DR, diabetic duration, SBP, TC, HbA1Cwith DN independent respectively;Merger DN, diabetes duration, SBP, HbA1C with DR independence.Conclusion:1hypertension correlated with diabetic nephropathy and diabeticretinopathy accompany each other.2.The early diabetic nephropathy in patients with type2diabetes andhypertension, the prevalence of diabetic retinopathy increased obviously.3. In patients with diabetic proliferation stage of retinopathy and hypertension, theprevalence of diabetic nephropathy significantly higher.4.Diabetes duration, glycosylated hemoglobin, systolic blood pressure is theindependent risk factors for type2diabetic microvascular complications.
