Objective:To detect the expression of miRNA-126、Ets-1mRNA and MMP-9between the chorionic villus of early embryo growth arrest and the chorionic villus of early Normal embryo development. Analysis the different expressions of miRNA-126,Ets-1mRNA and MMP-9between them. Explore the function of them during early embryo growth arrest at the tissue. Methods:1.With18cases of chorionic villus in early embryo growth arrest and18cases of chorionic villus in normal early embryo development, using the method of RT-PCR, the changes expression level of miRNA-126in the two groups were detected.2.With18cases of chorionic villus in early embryo growth arrest and18cases of chorionic villus in normal early embryo development, using the method of RT-PCR, the changes expression level of Ets-1mRNA in the two groups were detected.3.With10cases of chorionic villus in early embryo growth arrest and10cases of chorionic villus in normal early embryo development using the method of S-P immunohistochemical staining, the changes expression levels of MMP-9protein in the two groups were detected. Results:1. miRNA-126expressed in the chorionic villus of early embryo growth arrest and normal embryo development.The expression of miRNA-126in the chorionic villus of early embryo growth arrest was slightly higher than the chorionic villus of normal early embryo development, the difference was no significant (P>0.05).2. Ets-1expressed in the chorionic villus of early embryo growth arrest and normal embryo development.The expression of Ets-1in the chorionic villus of early embryo growth arrest was significant higher than the chorionic villus of normal early embryo development, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. MMP-9expressed in the chorionic villus of early embryo growth arrest and normal embryo development.The expression of MMP-9in the chorionic villus of early embryo growth arrest was significant higher than the chorionic villus of normal early embryo development, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:The expression of miRNA-126in the chorionic villus of early embryo growth arrest and normal embryo development was no significant difference. High expression of Ets-1and MMP-9in chorionic Villus of early embryo development may cause the early embryo growth arrest.There are16figures,3tables and49references.
