[Objective] About Hunan province occupation disease prevention and control institutions staff job satisfaction and the correlation analysis of the quality of human resource management of occupation disease prevention and control institutions in Hunan Province, Hunan Province vocational prevention mechanism for the future to provide scientific basis for formulating human resource management scheme.[Methods] The investigation method is Questionnaire, analysis of structural equation model. All levels of the agency staffs in the province are randomly selected. Questionnaire will be distributed to all levels of object position control mechanism, and covers all departments. The province has the duty to defend the institution:institution at the provincial level1is the questionnaire object; municipal institutions5. Each institution according to occupation post, Department of stratified sampling,350questionnaires. Scale:1, job satisfaction scale:the1967David J.Weiss et al. Preparation of the Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire short form scale, using Likert5points.2, human resource management scale:the proposed by R Likert in1997, human resource index (Human Resource Index) to make the duty to defend the human resource management of institution form. In this study, using ProQuest, Elsevier Science, CNKI, VIP database, and Internet search the domestic and foreign related research literature of literature research, mainly uses the questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method to analyze the research problem, using the SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0two software tools. Through the methods of descriptive statistical analysis, reliability:differential validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. [Results]①Reliability test of Satisfaction Scale obtained Cronbach s α is0.923, the result of validity test is GFI, AGFI, NFI and CFI values are all greater than0.7, RMSEA is less than0.1, CMIN/df value is3.222. The score of Quality Assessment Scale of Human Resource Management obtained Cronbach s α is0.980greater than0.9, in the test of validity, RMSEA is0.065less than0.1.②Descriptive Statistical Analysis:Mean of overall satisfaction of Agency staff is73.06±10.557, when the highest score is100. Mean of the intrinsic satisfaction is42.73±6.957, Mean of the extrinsic satisfaction is30.33±4.009. Occupational disease prevention agency personnel overall satisfaction is in general, but the mean of most is more than3.0.③Descriptive Statistical Analysis:Overall score of agency staffs quality evaluation of human resource management is49.55±9.044, when total score is70. The agency staffs consider that the overall quality of human resource management is in general.4. Results of Regression analysis: Compensation system and grassroots management has a positive influence on overall satisfaction, and significant when α=0.01. Organizational efficiency and concern for staff has a negative impact on overall satisfaction, and significant when a=0.10. Organizational environment has a positive influence on overall satisfaction, and significant when a=0.05. Employment mechanism have a negative impact on overall satisfaction, and significant when α=0.05. Staff spirit and expectations have a positive impact on overall satisfaction, and significant when a=0.10. Information communication, organizational goals, organization, cooperation, relationships, participation in management, middle management was not significant statistically.[Conclusions]①Regression analysis showed that cooperation, relationships, grassroots management, staff spirit and expectations variables is positive factors for intrinsic satisfaction. Reward system, organizational environment, basic management, employee spirit and expectations variables is positive factors for extrinsic satisfaction,Taken the former two poits, it is suggested that reward system, organizational environment, staff spirit and expectations is positively correlated to the overall satisfaction.②employment mechanism is intrinsic satisfaction negative factors, organizational efficiency, care staff, employment mechanism overall satisfaction are negative factors. Among them, organizational efficiency, staff care and employment mechanism have negative correlation with job satisfaction.which, to some extent, suggest that there is "free rider" phenomenon in the occupational disease prevention institutions that affect work efficiency.
