Objective:Study of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) group and control group in the serum of Insulin(Ins),Glucose(Glu),insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF), testosterone(T), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and levels in follicular fluid and correlation,to explore the Ins, of IGFs, the role of VEGF in the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Study in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in the prevention and treatment effect of our text result. Methods:From December2009to January2012to the Beihua University hospital in laparoscopic downside bilateral ovarian follicles was burning of36patients with polycystic oary patients as research group, choose to me the same period the hospital ovarian cyst28patients with coronary patients as control group. Application of clinical observation to observation of36cases of patients with PCOS and glucose and lipid metabolism related to clinical data, laparoscopic, and look directly observe the general appearance of ovarian cysts application oxidase method was detected in36cases of PCOS patients and control group28cases of ovarian crown fastingserum level of Glu; Application of double antibody radioimmunoassay in36cases of PCOS patients and a control group of28cases ovarian cyst patients fasting serum Ins, IGF-1, T and IGF II levels in follicular fluid; application of enzyme labeled immunosorbent assay for the detection of36cases of PCOS patients and a control group of28cases of ovarian cyst patients fasting serum VEGF and follicular fluid the level of VEGF.Results:1. Observation of polycystic ovary patients group and the control group between the glucose and lipid metabolism related to clinical data shows:polycystic ovary patients is the presence of severe disorders of lipid and glucose metabolism.2.The case group and the control group balanced comparison group design with two groups of age, body weight without difference.3.The case group and the control group data are compared with each other, polycystic ovary patients serum testosterone, insulin, insulin-like growth factor, vascular endothelial growth factor and follicular fluid vascular endothelial growth factor data index (145.01±25.9ng/dl,21 ±10.85IU/ml,115.98±35.29ng/ml,247.11±32.79pg/ml,522.13±46.19pg/ml) was higher than that of the control group (38.17±16.98ng/dl,10.85±2.75IU/ml,56.11±34.98ng/ml,86.09±31.98pg/ml,264.24±34.78pg/ml), the first four contrast P<0.001, P<0.05, there was statistical significance. Follicular fluid insulin-like growth factor Ⅱ (0.141±0.021ng/ml) index lower than that of control group (0.199±0.036ng/ml), P<0.001, with statistical significance. The two groups had no significant difference in fasting plasma glucose.4.Polycystic ovarian syndrome patients with acanthosis nigricans positive and negative data indicators are compared with each other. Polycystic ovary patients with acanthosis nigricans syndrome positive group and fasting serum insulin, serum testosterone level was higher than that of patients with negative.5.The case group and the control group data are compared to each other, respectively, on serum insulin and glucose, serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and testosterone in serum glucose, insulin, and serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and insulin, follicular fluid and serum IGF IGF-Ⅱ-Ⅰ by linear regression analysis showed a linear correlation.Conclusion:1.Exists between severe lipid disorders in women with polycystic ovary patients and control groups. Group of polycystic ovarian blood vessels are more abundant.2.Measure polycystic ovary patients the fasting serum insulin-like growth factor I, insulin, testosterone levels, between the experimental data in the polycystic ovary patients and control groups concluded that:the level of serum testosterone and fasting serum insulin was significantlythe linear correlation of fasting serum insulin and fasting serum glucose was a significant linear correlation involved in the formation of polycystic ovary patients with insulin resistance. Severe insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia may result in patients with acanthosis nigricans levy, and lipid disorders in clinical practice can not be ignored.3.Polycystic ovary group of patients with follicular fluid insulin-like growth factor-II level was a significant linear correlation with the fasting serum insulin-like growth factor-I level in follicular fluid insulin-like growth factor-Ⅱ level is relatively low, resulting in thethe result is the androgen increasing trend, serum insulin, insulin-like growth factor-I high level of results through various channels to promote the synthesis and secretion of androgens, play a very important role in the occurrence and development of polycystic ovary.4.Polycystic group of serum vascular endothelial growth factor, follicle fluid vascular endothelial growth factor were significantly higher than the normal control group, serum vascular endothelial growth factor levels and fasting serum insulin was a significant linear correlation.
