Objective: the purpose of this study is to observation of ginseng and astragalus PCI postoperative si wu decoction to treat coronary heart disease angina pectoris dialectical to qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome type of the patient’s clinical curative effect and the mechanism of action of the treatment is discussed in this paper. Methods:sixty patients of coronary heart disease (CHD) with successful PCI who Occurs in patients with angina pectoris after PCI treatment were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Each group contain30cases. All the patients who were the syndrome of Qi Xu Xue Yu came from April2013to February2014outpatients and hospitalized patients. All are treated with conventional western medicime for four weeks but the treatment group are treated with Shen Qi Si Wu decoction in addition. To observe the Angina symptoms、the traditional Chinese medicime syndrome、the usage of nitroglycerin and the change of ECG before and after treatment and compare indicators of Blood lipid、 High sensitive C-reactive protein、Plasma d-dimer. Results:Two groups of patients in the general data, such as the age, sex, disease had no significant differences. The total effective rate of angina pectoris was86.67%in the treatment group and60%in the control group. There was a statistical difference between the two group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of Chinese medicine syndrome was83.33%in the treatment group and66.67%in the control group.there was a statistical difference between the two group(P<0.05).Electrocardiogram treatment group effective rate was76.67%,the control group effective rate was70%. The differences between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05) which pointe out that Shen Qi Si Wu decoction is significantly better in improving angina pectoris and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of Qi Xu Xue Yu Syndrome than western medicine. Two groups all can lower cholesterol concentration, improve hemorrheology, compared two groups of blood lipid curative effect difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).The two groups High sensitive C-reactive protein and Plasma d-dimer were significantly lower, and a significant reduction in the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05) after treatment. Conclusions:Shen Qi Si Wu decoction is an effective prescription to the patients of PCI postoperative coronary heart disease angina pectoris with syndrome of Qi Xu Xue Yu.It can significantly improve traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and Can obviously relieve angina symptoms,it can significantly reduce the secretion of High sensitive C-reactive protein and Plasma d-dimer、protect myocardium and vascular endothelium、improve myocardial ischemia、reduce blood rheology and so on.
