In order to determine the treatment Effect of traditional Chinese medicine Epimedium and tantalum rod support joint intervention canine avascular necrosis modes.Methods:1. using18beagles to establish canine avascular necrosis modes by liquid nitrogen freezing methods. the right side modeling, the left controls.2. After models were established and then divided into mode、tantalum rod group and traditional Chinese medicine combined tantalum rod group, with6in each group.3. Model group was only cut open and suture after exposure, tantalum rod group was implanted with tantalum rod, traditional Chinese medicine combined tantalum rod group use Epimedium Decoction intragastric.4. All observe the general situation at4th、8th、12th、24th week and take X-ray, MRI, CT examination respectively after the intervention, All animal were sacrificed at24th week. We take Femoral Head、HE staining, observe Morphological Structure of distal femur, Measuring the diameter of the femoral head, And determine bone trabecular area ratio thought Motic Med6digital medical image analysis system.5. Data processing.Result1. General situation:At early intervention, dogs listlessness, reduced feeding, lying and tired to move, do not want to post on the right foot activities, appear obvious limp and often slip when running and jumping1-10days after surgery. But with the increase of the intervention time, During the intervention,dogs in tantalum rod group recover to normal gait is faster than Model group,but Slower than traditional Chinese medicine combined tantalum rod group.2. radiographic results:After the model was established, each modeling canine radiologic appearance early femoral necrosis, but as the extension of time with different interventions, between the groups appeare significant differences, Compared with the model group, tantalum rod group do not appeare a clear imaging of the femoral necrosis, cystic degeneration are not found around tantalum rod tantalum rod, bone necrosis has improved, But not as good as traditional Chinese medicine combined tantalum rod group.3. The results of histology:After the intervention, take out of the femoral head. Normal femoral surface smooth and mellow, no collapse, HE staining show normal bone marrow tissue, trabecular full bone cells in lacunae, normal tissue structure. Model group, the surface of the femoral head surface show the femoral head collapse, the osteonecrosis performance cartilage stripping, etc. HE staining show: Trabecular bone atrophy, structural disorder, breakage, and even fragmentation occurs, the death of bone cells, cartilage surface is not smooth, thinning of the cartilage layer, visible necrosis of cartilage cells, subchondral trabecular bone fracture. Tantalum rod group cartilage and bone trabecular structures were better than the model group, but not as good as traditional Chinese medicine combined tantalum rod group.4. The image analysis result show (Motic Med6):The normal side trabecular density is highest, traditional Chinese medicine combined tantalum rod group, tantalum rod group take third place, model group were the lowest (P<0.05orP<0.01)Conclusion:Tantalum rod implantation treating femoral head necrosis in dogs is an effective method, medicine Epimedium can shorten the recovery time of tantalum rod Support treatment of canine femoral head necrosis model after surgery, Improve the therapeutic effect of tantalum rod support, Fill the vacancies in the relevant aspects. Provide new ideas for Clinical treatment osteonecrosis after surgery.
