Objective:To investigate the treatment of kidney and yin side effects of diabetic nephropathy and Phase III clinical efficacy of urinary MALB,B2-MG,TRF and the blood HCY.Methods:This study selected46cases of diabetic nephropathy stage III and syndromes in patients belonging to the spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of gas,the study used self controlled observation methods. All enrolled patients were given conventional basic therapy,while subjects were treated with traditional Chinese medicine kidney and yin side since the proposed oral treatment for eight weeks.Before and after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome score, urinary albumin,urinary P2-MG,urinary TRF,as well as changes in blood HCY,and statistical analysis.ResultsrThe study patients after total effective rate was40%, improvement in laboratory indicators,kidney and urinary MALB Yangyin order to reduce the content of the data before and after treatment were compared,a significant difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),but also can reduce urinaryβ2-VMG,TRF,HCY levels and blood,and the data were compared before and after treatment,a significant difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusions:(1)be significantly improved kidney and yin diabetic nephropathy three patients with clinical signs and symptoms.(2) be significantly reduced kidney and yin albumin, β2-Microglobulin、 Transferrin、Homocysteine levels and blood in the urine three patients with diabetic nephropathy and delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy stage III patients.
