Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Yishen Decoction on the changes of the indexes of patients with diabetic nephropathy before and after treatmentMethods the clinical study selected 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients,and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients with clinical criteria,and TCM syndrome differentiation standard.On the basis of the treatment,the treatment group was given Shenqi Yishen Decoction and control group were treated with irbesartan tablets,the treatment lasted for 16 weeks.Blood routine,urine routine,liver function,renal function,blood lipid,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,24 hour urinary protein,urinary albumin,effects of oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor-1 and TCM syndrome score were statistically analyzed.Results subjects with oral Shenqi Yishen Decoction can improve the clinical effect in treatment of diabetic nephropathy.The clinical effective rate of treatment group reached83.32%,while the control group,the effective rate reached 63.32%,the effective rate of treatment group was higher than the control group(P < 0.01);patients with symptom scores than before treatment significantly decreased(P < 0.01),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.01);patients after 24 hour urinary protein,urinary albumin decreased significantly in treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05);triglyceride decreased(P < 0.01);total cholesterol decreased(P < 0.05);blood glucose decreased(P < 0.05);a decrease in hemoglobin A1c(P < 0.01);reduce the oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor-1(P < 0.05);the two groups after treatment without biochemical changes.Conclusion the clinical application of 1.Shenqi Yishen Decoction Treatment of Qi Yin deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis type of diabetic nephropathy with efficiency,improve the TCM syndrome was significantly better than the control group.2.patients after medication can make patients with stage III diabetic nephropathy 24 hours urinary albumin,urinary albumin,oxidation degree of density lipoprotein receptor,.3.index decreased regulate blood glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetic nephropathy.4.slows the progression of the disease. |
