Combining With Colonic Enema Therapy The Study Was Carried Cut To Observe The Infuence Of Fu Yuan Tang On Phosphorus In Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:Combining with colonic enema therapy, the study was c arried cut to observe the influence of Fu Yuan Tang on phosphorus in chronic renal failure.Methods:Using conventional treatment, rehabilitation decoction, colo n enema treatment, Sixty patients who were in chronic renal failure, we re observed for the change, before and after treatment, including sympt oms. Serum phosphorus, in parathyroid hormone, serum creatine, blood urea nitrogen, serum uric acid change.Results:1.Through Fu Yuan Tang with colon enema treatment of h yperphosphatemia in chronic renal failure and the various symptoms of TCM points lower than before treatment (p<0.01), total score of TCM symptoms after treatment is lower than before treatment (p<0.01).2. After treatment, serum phosphorus, serum creatinine, bl ood urea nitrogen, hematuria acidic water is below the average treatmen t (p<0.01), parathyroid hormone levels lower than before treatment (P <0.05), the more significant indicators differences.Conclusions:Fu Yuan Tang with colonic enemas can improve the s ymptoms of chronic renal failure patients, lower serum phosphorus, para thyroid hormone, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, serum uric acid.
