| Objective:Safflower pill for treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(blood stasis) the clinical curative effect observation.Methods:The cardiovascular patients from outpatient department o f the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine.We selected40cases of stable angina pectoris(blood stasis)patie nts,by using the method of double blind placebo parallel control,all th e subjects were divided into treatment group and control groud,20cas es in the treatment group,20cases in the control group.The treatment group was given safflower pill,14pills once,3times a day.The control group was given safflower pill blank pill,14pills once,3times a day. Introduction for a period of7days,28days for a course of treatment. After a period of treatment,indexes and after treatment of patients bef ore collection,such as ECG,laboratory tests (blood, urine, and routine occult blood,blood sugar),observe the change of different results,thus the Safflower Dropping Pill in the treatment of stable angina pectoris (blood stasis)effect.Results:Safflower pill in the treatment process, for the patients with symptoms of angina pectoris, serious degree of improvement, tim e of onset and remission compared to the standard mode, the treatmen t group was better than the control group; in the aspects of traditiona1Chinese medicine in patients with symptoms such as chest tightnes s, chest pain, palpitations, purple tongue with stasis ecchymosis, allev iate the degree of pulse etc.,treated groud was better than the treatme nt group.The dosage of nitroglycerin,treatment group was lower than t he control group. ECG total effect rate of treatment group was higher than control group. Conclusion:Safflower pill can effectively improve the stable angi na pectoris(blood stasis) the clinical symptoms of the patients,and its mechanism of safflower yellow for the advantage of myocardium is cl osely related to the disease. |
