Fluorescent immune chromatography technique is a rapid immune analysis technology in recent years, which has the merits of high precision, wide dynamic detection range and high sensitivity etc. But it needs to be equipped with quantitative detector. At present, only Germany and some other foreign companies can produce quantitative analysis instrument. There is no domestic commercial quantitative analysis instrument reported. Therefore, developing fluorescence immunoassay quantitative detector with high stability, high precision and low power consumption is of great significance.After analyzing current state of fluorescence immunoassay quantitative test technology, this paper designs the quantitative system for fluorescence immunoassay strips based on the principle of fluorescence immunoassay while using various disciplines knowledge such as optics、electronics and computer science technology. The study includes mechanical light path、electronic circuit、algorithm and software programs etc. Optical scanning sampling module adopts the design of mechanical and electrical integration. De-noising、baseline fitting, peak detection and area method are concerned for processing the fluorescence intensity value, realizing the quantitative detection for fluorescence immunoassay strip. Human-computer interaction module achieves functions such as display、transmission、storage、printing and query of the test data.Finally, after the system test, the instrument has good linear response with a concentration range of6.8~539mIU/ml for HCG reagent. The correlation coefficient is0.9984.And the instrument has high accuracy and good stability. For CRP reagent, its minimum detectable concentration is5mg/L with good sensitivity; the relative standard deviation is less than1.2%. At present, the instrument has been in the trial by more than20domestic companies and the effect is good. Also, the instrument has been adopted by three companies as the complete set of applications for their registered products, such as Shanghai AoPu, Xiamen BaoTai, and Shenzhen Qinghua biotechnology.
