Study On The Business Model Innovation Of HJB Private Hospital

Research on business model at present in china is still a hot topic, related research results mainly foucused in the past10years. In the exsiting literatures, although the definition of the business model and the structure system and the meaning of the theory, model innovation mechanism have been researched, because of the different perspectives of the research, the unified understanding of the basic definition is still lack. The theoretical frameworks have not been set up. Generally the studies about the business model still belong to the primary stage.This paper introduces the definition and development of the business model based on the "business model canvas", a new business model analysis framework. It carefully studies and summaries the theoretical model about the business model, in light of the author’s nearly10years working experiences in private maternity hospital, compares the business models between the private hospital and public hospital and summaries the differences about the two kinds of the hospital. In the end, combined the theories of the business model innovation with the practice, it puts forward the constructive views about the innovation of the private hospital business model.
