Objectives:Studied the diagnostic value of that Fibroscan, Serum CRP, TNF-α andHA detected inflammation and fibrosis of the patients who had been infectedchronic HBV and their serum ALT were less than2normal upper limit time.Evaluated the meaning of diagnosis by means including Serum TNF-α,HA, CRP for Chronic Hepatitis B patients who were absence of symptomsMethods: Research used a cross-sectional study to make50patientswith high HBVDNA load, normal transaminases asymptomatic chronic HBVinfection be accomplished liver histology. Select Histology: the degree ofinflammation as G1, G2, G3and fibrosis as S0, S1, S2patient grouping.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay including all cases of serum TNF-α、CRP、HA. Every patient was detected liver elasticity by Fibroscan. Otherpreparation data for operation were completed by the relevant departments ofthe Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital. We picked up SPSS19.0softwareprocesses for data statistics. Accordance with the type of the recordcharacteristics,we classified the record characteristics as non-normaldistribution, descripted them as median to represent the central tendency ofthe measurement data, transformed the record of HBVDNA quantitation asLg numerous by transformation data function and picked up Wilcoxon teststatistical analysis of serum TNF-α,CRP,HA and LSM. We adopted Spearman to analyze correlation of serum HA,TNF-α,CRP and LSM. Evaluated thevalue of diagnosis of TNF-α,HA, CRP and Fibroscan for these ChronicHepatitis B patients who were absence of symptoms by ROC Curve. Results:Wilcoxon test statistics:1inflammation group and hepatic fibrosis group:Comparing serum HA and LSM of liver inflammation group G1with G2,G1with G3,G2with G3,and both serum TNF-α and CRP's group G1with G3,group G2with G3,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparing the phase G1with G2of the scrum markers of TNF-α and CRP,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Comparing serumHA,TNF-α and LSM of liver fibrosis group S0with S1,S0with S2and S1with S2, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); Comparingserum CRP of liver fibrosis group S0with S1,S0with S2, S1with S2,difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);2.Both hepatic fibrosis degree and liver inflammation level were positiverelevant to serum TNF-α、HA and LSM, and difference were statisticallysignificant (spearman, P<0.05﹚. Analyzed correlation between CRP andliver inflammation, and difference was not statistically significant(spearman,P>0.05﹚. CRP was positively correlated with liver fibrosis. ROC curveshowed that measured by ELISA in serum HA, TNF-α, CRP and Fibroscandetection of liver LSM value assessment of chronic hepatitis B in value, thisstudy showed that serum HA for CHB had good diagnostic value, whileserum TNF-α and CRP had a low diagnostic value. Fibroscan showed a goodvalue for diagnosis of CHB in the patients with HBV infection.3. ROC curve showed that these index diagnosed chronic hepatitis B without symptom having good diagnosed value in serum HA, valid inFibroscan, relatively not obvious in TNF-α and CRP.Conclusion:1, serum HA, Fibroscan diagnosing ALT <2ULN chronic HBV infectionis a well significance for the CHB patients.2, TNF-α, CRP serum used in ALT <2-fold of the upper limit of normal, not suitable for diagnosis for chronic hepatitis B with G2phase inflammation, and the diagnosis of inflammation G3reached a certain value.3, these index diagnosed chronic hepatitis B without symptom havinggood diagnosed value in serum HA, valid in Fibroscan, relatively not obviousin TNF-α and CRP. the diagonsis value was decreasing by step from HA,Fibroscan, serum TNF-α to serum CRP.
