Objective: Objective:To express IL-8(Interleukin-8) in colorectalcancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues was measured, combined withpreoperative serum WBC (white blood cell) and GR1(neutrophilegranulocyte1) count, and may cause the prognosis the clinical andpathological features of poor or liver metastases, and to explore theexpression levels of IL-8, preoperative serum WBC and GR1and colorectalcancer patients with clinical and pathological characteristics and the impact ofcolorectal cancer-related rectal swelling prognosis, with a clinical earlydetection of liver metastases or patients with liver metastases tend to evaluatereference.Methods:60cases of colorectal cancer in clinical specimens andadjacent normal tissues by immunohistochemistry SP method of measuringthe expression of IL-8, and through analysis and comparison of single-factoranalysis of variance and multiple comparisons of blood counts andcorresponding clinical and pathological relationships.Results:1.in60cases of colorectal cancer specimens, IL-8was in the adjacentnormal tissues with low expression, cancer tissue expression with the laterstages tended to increase in the cases of liver metastases showed highexpression (P <0.001).2.IL-8in the later stages of tumor with an upward trend, and tumor occurrence, development and metastasis (P <0.05). WBC count and IL-8expression and tumor staging was no correlation (P <0.05).3.preoperative serum CEA, CA-199levels and the expression levels ofIL-8was no correlation (P <0.05), with colorectal cancer with intestinalobstruction and expression levels of IL-8was no correlation (P>0.05), TNMstaging of colorectal cancer and the expression of IL-8levels were correlated(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Next to a normal expression in colorectal cancer tissue and tumortissue of IL-8.IL-8expression in normal tissue of colorectal cancer in the nextlower in tumor tissue, with the later stages of tumor expression of IL-8in anupward trend, in patients with liver metastasis of expression is particularlyevident, indicating that IL-8occurrence, development and metastasis ofcolorectal cancer expression is closely related (P<0.05).2.IL-8, the correlation count GR1.Elevated blood cell counts and thecorresponding increase in the expression of IL-8in tumor tissue of GR1isclosely correlated with the later stages of tumor GR1also on the rise (P<0.05). The expression of IL-8and WBC count was no correlation (P>0.05).3.IL-8and clinicopathological correlation With the later TNM stage, theexpression of IL-8showed an increasing trend (P<0.01), while the expressionof tumor stage and serum CEA, CA-199is no correlation (P>0.05); tumortissue IL-8expression and cancer patients no correlation between age andgender (P>0.05); colorectal cancer combined with intestinal roots blockingIL-8expression was not correlated (P>0.05); tumor tissue expression of IL-8and tumor correlated with lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), no relationshipbetween the level of with tumor differentiation(P>0.05).
