The Effect Of Jianpi Yizhi Method On AchE、iNOS、L-ENK Of MCAO Rats

This paper collected material at all times and in all over the world, synthesized various theories, and discussed the relationship between spleen zang and brain and then explore the therapies to ischemic cerebral stroke from theoretical and experimental angles. For Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) clinical practice, a possible theory and experimental evidence are supplied from the spleen theory of treating ischemic cerebral stroke.In the section of theoretical study,this parper analysed the relationship between brain’s primordial spirit and the spleen and stomach based on the TCM theories that "the brain is sea of marrow, brain conservation shen,and govern mind and Zhushen" and the point of Wuzangshen and the doctrine of seven emotions. On the one hand,we investigated the brain’s important role on regulating and controling the spleen and stomach. On the other hand, the spleen and stomach as the the source of qi and blood, their production and transformation are the material foundation of emotional production. Basing on above mentioned and analysed that the strengthening spleen and promoting intelligence method is basic treatmeat law of ischemic cerebral stroke and it’s importantce. Meanwhile we also designed animal experimental study to the method’s mechanism.In the section of experimental study, we reproducted the shape of MCAO model rat, and then divided the animals into five groups:the normal control group, sham operation group, model group, west medicine group and the jianpi yizhi method group(TCM group) to observe the influence of jianpi yizhi capsule on MCAO model rats’s behavior and to detect the amount of AchE, iNOS and L-ENK positive cell carried in hippocampal and small intestinal wall tissue, in order to reveal the mechanism of strengthening spleen and promoting intelligence capsule on the treatment of ischemic cerebral stroke.The results showed that, after the treatment, the group of TCM rats had a shorter platform searching latency and less shocked times.the amount of AchE positive cell had been obviously increased and the amount of iNOS and L-ENK positive cell had been lowed in brain hippocampal and mall intestinal wall, with marked differences comparing to the model group(P<0.05).It indicated that jianpi yizhi capsule could improing the amount of cholinergic neuron and depressing the expression of iNOS、L-ENK in brain hippocampal so that to achieve the protection of local neuron and the role of treatment of ischemic cerebral stroke.
