Purpose:Objective to evaluate the massage therapy and spleen amino peptide oral lyophilized powder cure pediatric lung spleen deficiency of recurrent respiratory tract infection of clinical research, further studying the exact curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment to cure recurrent respiratory tract infection. To explore an effective way of prevention and treatment RRTI, and to improve the quality of children who suffer from respiratory tract infection to survival.Method:The90children of lung spleen deficiency type of recurrent respiratory tract infection are divided into2groups randomly that the trial group is45cases, and the control group is45cases. Two groups of all children are a treatment for4courses which includes15days. If the two groups of children have respiratory tract infection of acute attacks, then to take some symptomatic treatment. After the treatment ending to visit for an half year and to observe the changes signs and symptoms in clinical, outbreak number of times and course of disease between the before and after treating.Result:To compare the total curative effect of two groups that the total efficient of the treatment group is about95.45%and the control group is77.78%. The treatment group is superior than the control group means there is the meaning of statistics learning that expressing the curative effect of treatment group surpasses the control group obviously. At improving main signs and symptoms, reducing the incidence of the disease, shortening a course of the disease, lowing a disease to grow aspects such as pathogenesis, entity, etc., the treatment group is superior than the control group obviously. At rising of the serum IgA, IgM and IgG, the treatment group surpasses the control group obviously before treating and after treating.Conclusion:The clinical effect of the massage therapy spleen amino peptide oral lyophilized powder are obvious in the aspects of reducing on children of RRTI infection number of times, shortening course of the disease, lowering the level of disease, improving clinical symptom, raising children’s immunity dint, strengthening children’s system etc,.
