Effect Of Massage On Children With Qi-deficiency Type Of Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection Of Lung-spleen

PurposeRecurrent respiratory tract infection is a common respiratory disease in children.With the decline of climate environment quality and rapid variation of virus,the incidence of this disease gradually increases.Once long-term drug treatment is used,it is not conducive to the physical and mental health and growth as well as the development of children.What's worse,it increases the risk of lung diseases in adulthood.Respiratory tract infection can be life-threatening.Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes that curing must be obedient to cut off the root of the disease and strengthening internal body resistance and eliminating harmful inner threats are a good way to get rid of diseases.Therefore,it is sensible for doctors to focus on how to improve the function of both spleen and lung when they select children's massage points.By observing the differences of clinical curative effects between the infantile massage and Chinese patent medicine in treating children with Qi-deficiency type of recurrent respiratory tract infection of lung and spleen,it successfully verifies the clinical effectiveness and practicability of infantile massage combined with Yupingfeng Oral Liquid in treating recurrent respiratory tract infection,and analyzes its clinical superiority compared with the treatment of Yupingfeng Oral Liquid in order to form the diagnosis and treatment standard of pediatric recurrent respiratory tract infection with pushing medicine combined with treatment preferentially.MethodsThis study conducts a randomized controlled clinical trial researching method and selects the research objects-64 children(2-5years old)with lung-spleen-Qi deficiency who met the criteria of recurrent respiratory tract infection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Massage Clinic of Gushengtang from December 2016 to May 2017.By the random number table method,30 cases in the experimental group was used to be as the children massage + Yupingfeng Oral Liquid group and 30 cases of the Yupingfeng Oral Liquid group as the control group.The experimental group adopted four techniques(open Tianmen,push camp palace,press sun,rubbing high bone after ears),broke up Yin and Yang,lucked in gossip,abdomen,spine,shoulder well and pushed three close,filled the spleen,rubbed the air sea and Zusanli.Besides,above massage operations should be combined with Yupingfeng Oral Liquid;The control group was given Yupingfeng Oral Liquid every other day.During the study,the two groups were observed age,sex,course of the disease,frequency of onset and so on.We should also be responsible to observe and record the improvement of the main clinical symptoms and signed within half a year after the end of treatment.ResultsAmong all 64 cases included in this study,4 were exfoliated,30 were actually completed in the experimental group and 30 were in the control group.Baseline: there were 30 cases in the push medicine group and the control group.There were no significant differences in age,sex,height and weight between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).The two groups were comparable.Evaluation of curative effect: the experimental group and the control group have certain curative effects in the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection and the total effective rate is 93.00 % and80.00 % respectively.ConclusionMassage + Yupingfeng oral liquid has remarkable curative effects in reducing the incidence of disease,shortening the course of disease,improving IgG immune index,and improving main clinical symptoms such as cold resistance,sallow complexion,profuse sweating at ordinary times,cough and anorexia.Yupingfeng Oral Liquid has a good effect in reducing the incidence of respiratory tract infection,shortening the course ofdisease,improving IgG immune index,improving the main clinical symptoms such as cold,sweat,cough,anorexia.But in improving children's sallow complexion,Yupingfeng Oral Liquid alone has a poor effect.The curative effect of tuina + Yupingfeng Oral Liquid is better to relieve cough and improve sallow complexion than Yupingfeng oral liquid in improving IgG immune index.
