ObjectiveThis topic using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH)probes with different pathological grading of bladder transitionalcell cancer targeting marker principle, Study of fluorescence in situhybridization probes targeted mutation value whether there is acorrelation between the transitional cell carcinoma of thebladder to pathological grading and marker gene. It provides a newmethod for the early diagnosis and classification in diagnosisof bladder tumor.Methods1. The selection of experimental subjects in100casesfrom the Department of Urology of China Japan Union Hospital ofJilin University during the period of2012October to2013May.2. By fluorescence in situ hybridization test, and record inurine exfoliated cells of No.3, No.7, No.17chromosomeand9p16gene mutation value.3. Intraoperative collected tissue samples (approved medical ethics committee), HE staining, the pathological examination, todetermine the grading of tumor.Histological grading standard byWHO2004classificationmethod.ResultAll samples of exfoliated cells in urine FISH ere visiblefluorescencelabeling, No.3, No.7, No.17chromosomemutation correlated positively with tumor grade (Sig <0.005);Conclusion Fluorescence in situ hybridization probes targetingmarkerof urine exfoliated cell of No.3, No.7, No.17chromosomemutation value in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder waspositively correlated with the pathological grading, shiftmarker intransitional cell carcinoma of bladder in different pathologicalgrade differences. Fluorescence in situ hybridization candistinguish between different pathological grade of bladdertransitional cell carcinoma, and can be used for earlyclinical pathological diagnosis.
