Study On The Medicinal Value And Resources Of Fujian Local Herbal Tea Plants

Objective:With the continuous development of China’s market economy, people’s living standards, the pace of life and health awareness increases, and the continuous progress in the food and beverage industry, the herbal tea beverages in the domestic consumption is also expanding, there are more than30kinds of herbal tea brands in the currently popular market. Guangdong Province took most of the herbal tea brands, because of Fujian’s herbal tea had not obtained the full development and promotion, Fujian tea brand rarely, one reason is a lack of research on the herbal tea plants resources and medicinal value. If we carry out the research and popularization of scientific, can promote the further development of Fujian herbal tea culture. Make a good job of our Fujian province local herbal tea brand, has certain social significance and economic value of herbal tea plant resources in Fujian province of tea enterprise development and the health of the people. This study carries on the investigation to the Fujian province herbal tea plant resources, scientific analysis the medicinal value of herbal tea plants, provide the basis for the development of the local herbal tea in Fujian Province.Methods:Investigate the nine cities representative area of Fujian Province. The selected area:Fuzhou Minhou County, Putian Xianyou County, Xiamen Tongan Area, Quanzhou Anxi County, Nanping Wuyishan County, Ningde Fuan County, Zhangzhou Nanjing County, Longyan Yongding County, Sanming Taining County. Investigate the every area after select the line. The contents include:field trips, private access, photographs, specimen collection and identification, consult literature etc.Results:The subtropical belongs to most parts of Fujian, as the forest coverage ranks first province in China, there is a large number of complex plant resources. In this study, through field investigation and analysis of literature, find that Fujian haveherbal tea plants of57families,153genera,176species, which belong to Pteridophyte7families,7genera,8species,50families of seed plants,146genera,168species, of which4monocotyledon amilies,20genera,20species, dicotyledonous plants of46families,126genera,148species. Of which5species are endangered and rare plants, parts of plants and other technology has got great economic benefits by tissue culture. This study statistical analysis the medicinal value of herbal tea plants based on traditional Chinese medicine theory, including the five flavours, the tropism of taste, the types of clear internal heat and medicinal parts.Conclusion:There is a great number of medicinal plants in Fujian province, and many traditional Chinese medicinethe with the function of clear internal heat. This study mainly investigates the herbal tea plants resources in Fujian area, analyzes the types and medicinal value of herbal tea plants. Provide the basic data for the development of tea culture in our Fujian development of new products and herbal tea enterprises. We should make full use of the existing resources, take the local migration protection with valuable herbal tea plants, construct the GAP base, research and development of products.
