The Current Situation Of Literature On Medical Rescue Of Earthquake And Establishment Of Three Level Medical Rescue Mode In China

Objective:Using bibliometric methods to comprehensive analysis the current earthquake medical rescue literature published in China, revealing the main research direction of earthquake medical rescue and finding the main problems. To construct the three-level medical rescue mode based on the analysis of the literature and provide reference for the government and relevant departments to better carry out earthquake medical rescue.Methods:Retrieval China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database, China Proceedings of conference Full-text Database, Chinese doctoral dissertations full-text database, Chinese Master’s DissertAtions Full-Text Database, Chinese scientific journal database, Wanfang Medical Database,to find the literature of Earthquake medical rescue.Retrieval time from the database construction to January2014. Using BICOMB to extract and tidy up key information, generate co-occurrence matrix; Using Unicent to conduct cluster analysis. To construct the three-level medical rescue mode based on the analysis of the literature.Results:A total of1159related literature are included and the analysis results are as follows:The most published research institution is West China Hospital,Sichuan University,and the most published literature quantity author is Hou Shike; The social network graph display that there are no close cooperate between research institutions and authors. The highest frequency word is earthquake, and according to this core keyword, the social network and cluster analysis illustrate that there are no prominent research focus. Based on the literate analysis, the main body of medical earthquake rescue System which contain on-site emergency rescue, regional medical center and rear health-care institution, is established.Conclusions:Although the Study on the earthquake medical rescue have developed rapidly, have made many achievements in the production and dissemination of relevant evidence in recent years, there are still some problem exists,such as lack coherence, poor cooperation within research institutions, topic is not prominent. As a result, in order to carry out the earthquake medical rescue orderly, the main body of it should contain on-site emergency rescue, regional medical center and rear health-care institution, and integrated volunteer management and transport the wounded at the same time.
