Objective:In this study, the dynamic observation SAA, CRP levels in patients with cerebral infarction, and to explore both inflammatory cytokines and acute cerebral infarction risk, prognosis, further observation SAA and CRP to predict the risk of cerebral infarction, the severity of clinical value, etc., provide the basis for clinical studies prevention of cerebral infarction. Methods:This study selected200cases of acute cerebral infarction patients hospitalized group,120cases were male,80female; ages36to72years, mean age (60.4±11.2) years old.1st day after admission,7days,14days,21days four time points venous blood be SAA, CRP level is detected, the line head and neck CT angiography.150cases of healthy volunteers as a control group. The disease is divided into groups according to light, medium group and severe group. CT value divided by plaque in patients with anterior circulation infarct group (A), asymptomatic carotid atherosclerosis in patients (group B), no plaque patients (group C); according to the lesion site is divided into anterior circulation infarct group, posterior circulation infarction.Result:CRP levels in the detection of light, medium and heavy patients with cerebral infarction were:24.6±1.7mg/L,34.2±2.3mg/L,43.0±3.2mg/L, the detection level of SAA in light, medium and heavy cerebral infarction respectively:25.4±2.2mg/L,38.8±4.3mg/L,49.4±3.4mg/L. Infarction before treatment, after treatment,7d,21d of NIHSS scores were21.03±3.2,14.07±4.1,7.70±3.32. Hospitalized patients with cerebral infarction1day,7days,14days,21days four time points CRP levels were35.53±10.50mg/L,23.34±5.25mg/L,15.83±3.75mg/L,11.25±2.86mg/L, SAA levels were40.41±14.90mg/L,28.31±6.30mg/L,16.84±5.06mg/L,10.95±3.79mg/L. CRP in the A, B, C three groups were detected value25.34±6.43mg/L,14.15±3.67mg/L,8.58±1.37mg/L, SAA detection levels were29.42±10.18mg/L,18.23±5.42mg/L,3.34±1.48mg/L. Anterior circulation infarct group SAA, CRP was29.42±10.18mg/L,25.34±6.43mg/L, posterior circulation infarction group were45.38±3.21mg/L,36.04±3.21mg/L. Cerebral infarction SAA, CRP levels were significantly elevated in patients with cerebral disease exacerbation, SAA, there was a significant difference (P<O.05) CRP levels; After treatment, patients with cerebral infarction condition improved, SAA, CRP levels gradually decreased, a significant difference (P<0.05) in patients with cerebral infarction hospitalized during the four test points; soft spot dominated artery atherosclerosis and cerebral infarction patients with asymptomatic carotid atherosclerosis, plaque-free comparison, SAA, CRP levels in patients with significant group differences (P<0.05); anterior and posterior circulation infarction group and control group, serum levels of the three SAA, CRP is statistically significant (F=18.926, F=13.824, P<0.001). SAA and CRP levels were positively correlated (r=0.481, Spearman correlation).Conclusion:1.SAA, CRP levels were significantly elevated in the serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction, as time continues, gradually is decreasing2. SAA, CRP levels reflect the severity of illness in patients with cerebral infarction, the higher two levels, the more severe the patient’s condition.3. Higher carotid plaque inflammation of the soft, unstable, with the anterior circulation infarction.4. SAA, CRP levels in patients with posterior circulation infarction was significantly higher after the prompt patients may have a higher inflammatory status after circulation infarction.
