Objective To explore the essential hypertension (EH) complicated with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) in plasma in patients with C reactive protein(CRP) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-a) and the correlation betweenthe level of change.Method Collected in the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University hospital hypertension and impaired glucose tolerance in60patients; hypertensive group of60patients; normal control group of50patients. All subjects were measured height, weight, blood pressure, body mass index, fasting blood pumping measurement of liver and kidney function, C-reactive protein, lipids, fasting glucose, fasting insulin,2h postprandial blood glucose. Homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance. Double antibody sandwich ELISA measurement of tumor necrosis factor. Comparison of the three groups then change the concentration of these indicators.Results(1) Age of the three groups, gender, BMI, fasting glucose, triglycerides, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and HDL cholesterol were no significant differences (p>0.05) compared.(2) With a group of healthy control group EH, EH+IGT group systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure,2hPG, HOMA-IR were significantly higher (p <0.01), CRP, TNF-a is also significantly higher (p<0.05~0.01);(3) Compared with the healthy control group and the group EH, EH+IGT group 2hPG, HOMA-IR were significantly increased (p<0.01); EH+IGT group CRP, TNF-a level higher than the EH group (p<0.05).(4) The dependent variable in EH with IGT, CRP, TNF-a, fasting blood glucose, postprandial2hour blood glucose as variables for multivariatelogistic regression analysis, the result is EH with IGT and CRP, TNF-a,fasting blood glucose, postprandial2hour blood glucose were positively correlated, there was a significant difference (p<0.01).ConclusionsPrimary hypertension with impaired glucose tolerance and plasma CRPand TNF-a levels in patients were significantly increased, suggesting thatthe inflammatory reaction in vivo enhancement.
