Clinical observationsObjective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and mechanisms observed stilbene Qi Gui TangTong Ning Granule Granule treatment of type2diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:Patients with diabetic peripheral nerve lesions will meet the diagnostic criteria,40cases were randomly divided into a control group and sequential treatment group,20cases in each group. On the basis of the control of blood glucose, blood pressure, bloodlipids, the control group received oral mecobalamin treatment group on the basis of thecontrol group on the use of Astragalus and AngelicaQi Gui Tang Tong Ning Granuletherapy, four weeks for a course of treatment was observed6. Changes observed aftertreatment, clinical symptoms, nerve conduction velocity and blood pressure, bloodlipids, blood glucose and other indicators.Results:Mecobalamin control group that were5cases,8cases,7cases, the total effectiverate of25%, the total efficiency of65%. Treatment group10cases,8cases,2cases, theeffective rate of50%, the total effective rate was90%; would radit test, the totalefficiency of the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05); treatment group aftertreatment on clinical symptoms, movement on both sides of the common peroneal nerve,sensory nerve conduction velocity improvement than the control group (P<0.05orP<0.01); course of treatment no significant adverse reactions.Conclusions:Qi Gui Tang Tong Ning Granule can improve the DPN patients with clinical signsand symptoms effectively, made blood sugar lower, improve the clinical symptoms ofDPN patients significantly, accelerate nerve conduction velocityExperimental study:Objective: Stilbene go explore the mechanism of sugar Granule DPN pain treatment drugclinical applications provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of DPNnew drugs.Methods:200~220g male SD rats were randomly selected10normal control group, and therest with streptozotocin (streptomycin, STZ)-induced diabetes model was prepared, willbecome the model rats were divided into model group, mecobalamin group, Astragalusand Angelica Qi Gui Tang Tong Ning Granule low, medium and high dose groups offive groups of10. Rats were treated for8weeks, and the control group, model group,mecobalamin group, high mecobalamin plus Qi Gui Tang Tong Ning Granule particles,the low-dose group rats on blood glucose, body weight, serum malondialdehyde (MDA),glutathione (GSH), sciatic nerve conduction velocity.Results:Qi Gui Tang Tong Ning Granule particles after treatment, weight increased indiabetic rats, blood glucose decreased significantly reduced levels of serum MDA, GSHcontent was significantly higher serum, nerve conduction speed.Conehision:Qi Gui Tang Tong Ning Granule particles can reduce serum MDA levels,increased serum GSH levels, improve oxidative stress surrounding nerve tissue, may beone of the party to protect DPN mechanism.
