Observation On The Curative Effect And Mechanism Of Xiaoya Zhitong Granule In Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy With Qi - Yin Deficiency And Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the influence of Xiaoma Zhitong capsule on the two deficiency qi and yin and blood stasis patients with DPN,theactivity of AR、NO、SOD, Nerve conduction velocity, as well as to explore action mechanism of Xiaoma Zhitong capsule.Methods:102DPN patients all belong to the two deficiency qi and yin and blood stasis from January2013to May2014were randomly divided into control group with50cases and treatment group with52cases. The control group was given a cobalt amine500mg and placebo,3times a day, and the treatment group was given a cobalt amine500mg and Xiao Ma Zhitong capsules4pellets,3times a day.For treatment of4weeks to1course of treatment. After3course of curative effect evaluation. Srivastava method is used to detect red blood cell activity of AR. the NO level in Gress diazotization reaction were determined, to detect serum SOD levels by ELISA. Curative effect, motor nerve conduction yelocity(MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) of two groups were observed by Emg instrument, through the patients curative effect were evaluated by TSS and VAS score.Results:1. Curative effect comparison before and after the treatment, treatment group total effectiveness is better than the control group (P＜O.05);2. After treatment, two groups of median nerve, phil always nervous MNCV and SNCV were increased than before treatment. Compared with control group, treatment group of nerve conduction velocity increase obviously, and median nerve conduction velocity difference was statistically significant compared with control group(P<0.05)。3. After treatment of3period of treatment, two groups of neuropathy symptoms were significantly improved (P<0.05), VAS score significantly lower (P<0.05), and the treatment group TCSS and VAS pain score lower than the control group (P<0.05).4. After3course of treatment, compared with before treatment, the content of AR were decreased of the treatment group and control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The effect of treatment group on the AR was better than control group (P<0.05).5. After3course of treatment, the content of NO, SOD of two groups were increase before treatment,(P<0.05); Compared with control group, treatment group can significantly increase the content of NO, SOD, statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoma Zhitong capsule in combination with a cobalt amine capsule can obviously inhibit the expression of AR, increase the content of NO and SOD in the body, Improve the patients with DPN nerve conduction velocity, which may be one of nerve protective effects of Xiaoma Zhitong capsule.
