| Objective:This study used a randomized control study method, with simple rehabilitation treatment ascontrol, to observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitationtreatment in children with cerebral palsy, to evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncturecombined with rehabilitation treatment in children with cerebral palsy, for further cerebralpalsy patients were selected and effective treatment to provide a clinical basis for accurateand reliable.Methods:Selected40cases of children with cerebral palsy, in this study, clinical cases were dividedrandomly into treatment and control group.20cases in treatment group, combined withrehabilitation method in the conventional acupuncture treatment. And the rehabilitationmethods use the Bobath method. The control group take the same rehabilitation methods astreatment group for four weeks. Before and after treatment the40patients were evaluaedby the gross motor function (GMFM) scale scores, children’s functional independence(WeeFIM) scale scores and Gesell developmental scale assessment. The aim was tocompare therapeutic effect of two treatment which can observed in treatment group andcontrol group, by integrating the changes scores in the gross motor function of childrenwith cerebral palsy, children can function independent function and children developmentbusiness to improve the situation.Results1.The GMFM scale: After treatment, GMFM score of control group increased moresignificantly than before.It is with significant difference. After the treatment, comparedwith the control group of the integral,the treatment group’s score increased moresignificantly. It is with statistical difference.2. The WeeFIM scale: After the treatment, the score of both of two groups increased more significantly than before treatment. Compared with the control group the treatment group’sscore was significantly improved at the same time. It is with statistical difference.3. The Gesell scale: Before and after treatment the score of the were treatment group issignificantly improved on social adaptability, large motor, fine motor, language, social andso on. It is with statistical difference.And the therapeutic effect of treatment groupis betterthan the control group’s.Conclusions1.Both of the two methods can improve the score of cerebral palsy, functionalindependence ability gross motor,function and developmental quotient.2.The therapeutic effect of treatment group is better than the control group’s. |
