The Variability Study Of Gestrinone And Mifepristone On The Expression Of VEGF And TNF, Clinical Treatment Effect, And Side Effect For Adenomyosis Samples

ABSTRACT: Purpose: Comparatively studying the expression of VEGF and TNF inadenomyosis tissue, clinical treatment effect and side effect of Mifepristone and Gestrinone.Method: Testing the expression of VEGF and TNF in adenomyosis tissue of 30Adenomyosis patients by immunohistochemistry method. Testing the connectionbetween the expression of VEGF and TNF and clinical symptom. Observing the clinicalsymptom score, evaluating the medicine side such as liver function ALT and AST of 54Adenomyosis and Endometriosis patients. Then to approach the difference of treatmenteffect and side effect of the two different kinds of medicine Mifepristone and Gestrinone.Result: 1、The expression of VEGF and TNF in adenomyosis tissue of medicine groupsobviously lower than that of the no-medicine group. P=0.0000＜0.05。2、The expression ofTNF has a positive correlation with the expression of VEGF, the coefficient correlation is0.647, P=0.000; The expression of TNF has a positive correlation with the clinicalsymptom quantization score, the coefficient correlation is 0.408, P=0.025; The expressionof TNF has a positive correlation with menorrhalgia symptom quantization score, thecoefficient correlation is 0.397, P=0.030。3、The statistics indicates, themenorrhalgia symptom quantization score for the patients who have taken twomonths medicine,has no difference between the Gestrinone group and theMifepristone group. While the menorrhalgia symptom quantization score for thepatients who have taken three months medicine,has striking differencebetween the Gestrinone group and the Mifepristone group. 4、In the Gestrinone group,there is 4％patients show ALT positive and no patients show AST positive.However,inthe Mifepristone group, there is 17.24％patients show ALT positive and 6.90％patientsshow AST positive。Conclusion: The strong or weak expression of VEGF and TNF in adenomyosis tissue means the growth ability and vascular growth ability of dystopiaendometria,and the inflammation immunity condition of local pathological changedtissue.The degree of the clinical symptom score of the adenomyosis has conformity withthe strong or weak expression of VEGF and TNF in adenomyosis tissue. Both Mifepristoneand Gestrinone can repress ovary function so as to induct atrophy of dystopia endometria inmyometrium. Then,Lowing the expression of VEGF represses the vascular endotheliumgrowth, restricts local blood supply, and regulate local pathological changed tissueinflammation reaction. Low expression of TNF can regulate body immunity function,inflammation reaction, and the cell apoptosis etc. Through comprehensive analysis, theexperiment demonstrates that Gestrinone is more superiorior than Mifepristone to treatEndometriosis.
