Objective:Ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD) means brain disorder result from cerebrovascular disease, belongs to the category of the traditional chinese medicine's wind stroke, has the characteristic of high incidence of a disease,high case fatality,high incidence of mutilation. And the morbidity of cerebrovascular disease rises accompaning mankind aging. ICVD has the percentage of 55 %~80 % in cerebrovascular disease. So it is the emphasis of preclinical and clinic medicine to study,prevent and cure ICVD. Following the elevation of technology of diagnose and healing, the case fatality of ICVD has greatly descended, but the incidence of mutilation has obviously rised, and in our country it is 80%. Apoplexy always is the common ailment in department of acupuncture and moxibustion. Relatively acupuncture is a ideal method to treat palsy. To recover blood supply of brain tissue in ischemic region especially in ischemic penumbra in time, it will have great significance in treating and prognosis .VEGF can encourage vascular endothelial cell to divise,propagate,migrate, and add vasopermeability, facilitate producing vascellum sustentaculum, to profit blood supply in ischemic region. TNF-αhas general biology activity, such as patipating organism cell function regulation,immunifaction,inflammatory reaction and so on. TNF-αcan resist angiogenesis, promote thrombosis, iniate vasoconstriction and so on.This research adopt the model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO), electroacupuncture (EA) in baihui,shuigou and zusanli points, to observe the effects of EA on VEGF and TNF-αexpression in blood serum in rats with focal cerebral ischemic reperfusion (CIR) , discuss possible mechanism of EA treating ICVD, to provide clinic with laboratorial and academic evidence.Method:According to the time of CIR, one hundred SD rats were randomly divided into 10 groups: normal group,pseudo-operation group,model A group,model B group, model A group,model A group,EA A group,EA B group,EA C group,EA Dgroup . The focal CIR models were established by improved Zea-Longa method and the expression of VEGF were observed with sandwich ELISA and TNF-αwere observed with radio immunoassay.Result:1. Compares between model group and EA group, the symptom of rats' neurologic defect obviously become better (P<0.01).2. After ischemia and reperfusion, the expression of VEGF and TNF-αin blood serum reinforced (P<0.01) .3. Longer the time of CIR, more the expression of VEGF in model group and EA group, but lower of TNF-α.4. Compares between model group and EA group, at the same time, VEGF increases expression and TNF-αdegreat expression. And A,B and C group in which P<0.05and in D group P<0.01.Conclusion:1. EA can obviously improve the symptom of rats' neurologic defect2. Lacking blood and oxygen are motivation in spur VEGF and TNF-α's expression.3.
