Clinial Research On Principle Nourishing Qi And Yin, Removing Stasis Curing Old Age Diabetes Associated With Hypertension

Purpose: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of principle nourishing qi and yin, removing stasis in treating old age diabetes mellitus associated with hypertension.Methods: A randomized controlled trial was conducted. 55 old age patients with type 2diabetes mellitus associated with hypertension were randomly classified into two groups, intreated group patient (n=30) at the basic of normal treatment treated by principle nourshingqi and yin, removing stasis and in control group patient (n=25) were treated by normaltherapy, two-months was a course of treatment.The observed indexes include both curativeeffect indexes, such as clinic symptoms, FBG; 2hPBG; TC, TG; and BP.Results: Principle nourishing qi and yin, removing stasis could ameliorate the clinicsymptoms of the patients obviously the difference was Significant compared to the controlgroup (P＜0.05); Meantime, the patients’ blood sugar、blood fat abated obviously comparedto the treatment before.Conclusion: Principle nourishing qi and yin, removing stasis has sure curative effectedin treating old age diabetes mellitus associated with hypertension. It is worth studyingdeeply and developing further.
