Clinical Research Of Curing HSPN Of Children Of Stasis And Hert Injur Blood-Hert Through Cooling Blood To Resolve Stasis And Dredge Collaterals Blood-Hert Injuring Collaterals

Objective: To authrenticate the validity and security of TCM by curing HSPN ofchildren as the law of cooling blood to resolve stasis and dredge collaterals blood-hertinjuring collaterals.Methods: In hospital of TCM in Jiangsu Province and Nanjing hospital of armyward, We collect 36 cases of HSPNof children, Which belong to stasis and heat injurblood-hert of TCM, meanwhile its clinical classification belong toⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲof Zhuhaiconference in 2000 too. We dispart them to two groups according to randomization.Oneis trial group of 18 cases which be gived DanShao grainsⅡand GulucosidorumTripterygell Totorum, the other one is controlled group of 18 cases which be givedDanShao grainsⅡonly. The course of treatment is 2～3 months.Results:1、The cured cases, significant effective cases, improved cases, and ineffective casesof trial group were 10, 6, land 1. the total effective rate is94.4%.The cured, healing cases,significant effective cases, improved cases, and ineffective cases of controlled groupwere 2,7,6 and 3. The total effective rate is83.3%.The two groups have a significancedifference through statistical treatment （P＜0.05）;2、Comparing with prior treatment, The result ofALT、AST、Scr、BUN and WBCof trial group isn’t abnormity. The both have a significance difference through statisticaltreatment （P＜0.05）;3、The two groupes have a notable statistical significance in eliminatingpurpura,loweringβ₂—MG of urine,protecting nephric tubule’s function （P＜0.05）.Conclusion: The trial group of DanShao grainsⅡand Gulucosidorum TripterygellTotorum have much better effect than of the controlled group and little side effect.
