This paper mainly uses comparative law, and on the basis of a large number ofcorpus investigation to discuss the semantic analysis and replace conditions study ofcombination conjunction “naizhi”“yizhi”“shenzhi”.Firstly,“naizhi”“yizhi” and“shenzhi”, all can play a grammatical function toconnect before and after item from the grammatical meaning.But from the semanticrelations of before and after item,“shenzhi” expresses progressive;“yizhi” expressesadvancing, progressive and sort;“naizhi” expresses inherit, extend, derivation,progressive and sort.Secondly, from the replace conditions, the replacement of “naizhi”“yizhi”“shenzhi” primarily due to two factors:(1)have something in common in semanticrelations;(2) have not contradictory characteristics on pragmatics. Overall,in thesethree words,”naizhi” and “yizhi” have more in common.They can be replaced in mostcases,can not be replaced in a few cases only.
