The Study On Lexicon Of Linyi Dialect

The research object is linyi dialect lexicon which was based on field survey.Byarranging,describing and anlaysising the lexicon of Linyin dialect,we can find out thecharacteristics and the regular patterns of it. Comparing Linyi dialect with Mandarin, we canfind the links and differences between them. At the same time,the article takes on systemanalysis and summary of ancient words still in use in Linyi dialect from a historicalperspective.At last,the article combines the dialect lexicon with cultural linguistics,reveals thefolk customs and culture contained in the lexicon of dialect. The paper is divided into thefollowing several parts:The introduction gives a general overview of the subject.As the foundation andforeshadowing of the whole article,it introducts the status quo of the geography and populationof Linyi as well as its historieal development and the basic characteristics of Linyi dialect to letthe readers have a preliminaly understanding about Linyi and its dialect.Chapter1analyzes the characteristics of Linyi dialect lexicon from the static aspect.Thispart discusses the characteristics mainly from three aspects——world morphology,semanteme and grammar.Chapter2discusses its dynamic evolutions and important influence on the actual languagethrough the diachronic comparisions between its past and present.Chapter3is the innovative part of the article,it focus on the culture and customs containedin the lexicon of Linyi dialect.The writer describes the words and expressions of dialect indress,diet, etiquette, festivals and so on.The conclusion firstly gives a simple summary of the thesis,then draws some conclusionsfrom the analysis in the former3chapters,at last it shows the shorts、future of the thesis.
