Thedecline of Qingyang sachet art started from the1980s, and what we can seatthat time is that this ancient traditional art was gradually being submergedby some new fashion elements; even some local children think wearing a sachetis very rustic, which is virtually associated with poverty and backwardness.Qingyang ancient art is facing extinction disaster.The author was born in Qingyang, when I was young, my mother and my grandmaalways dressed me with the embroidery clothes they made. And during the festive,what I wore was either tiger shoes, tiger hat or flower Guodu. Now, with thereturn of national culture, more attentions are paid to the fork arts, andsome people like to wear Qingyang sachet to anti-worms, exorcise evil spiritsfor fun, showing their personal interests, which makes this ancient folk artkindled the fire of its life once again. Just for the love to Qingyang sachetart, I tried to analyze and summarize the present situation of Qingyang SachetArt, in order to help more people get a further understanding of this ancientfolk art.This paper is divided into five chapters. the first chapter outlines theresearch background, purpose and significance of research, research scope andfocus. In the second chapter, firstly, the author introduced the ancientQingyang cultural history, because which gave the birth to the its sachet art.Then the author discussed the relationship between the magical chitose sachetand Qingyang sachet art, drawing a conclusion that the process of chitosesachet is very fine, which move the vast dharma to a small sachets, fully inaccordance with the meaning of Buddhism,not only having the deep meaning, butalso possessing the exquisite workmanship. While the Qingyang sachet is handeddown for generations, developed four series on the basis of people’s folklife. The four series are baldric, ornaments, decoration and daily uses, including constraint constraints, reel, single and double pendant,three-dimensional embroidery lights, flat embroidery, total600kinds. Inthe manual skills, the process procedures of Qingyang sachet contains tightstitch, embroidery, tailoring, adhesive, filler, patching, color dyeing. Inthe style, our Qingyang sachet keeps the feature of simple, naive, pure, wild,strange, mysterious original color, and stable symmetric. Smart exquisiteworkmanship and magnificent style, with the tone of red and green, makes theQingyang sachet full of rich local color. The study of Qingyang sachet artform was arranged in the third chapter. The author in this part discussed theancient crabs, frogs’ sachet, pillow art form, Wudu Guodu and all sorts ofstrange things sachet pendant art form. And the fourth chapter gives the readersome information about Qingyang sachet production technology and its moderntechnology, in order to help them have a further understanding of Qingyangsachet loess material properties, modern material composition andmother-daughter inherited production technology skills.
