“Chinese fever" phenomenon has formed as an important part of the international culturesince the end of the20th century, with the promotion of Chinese language in the world, fromthe point of view of international relations, we need to study this phenomenon.The articledefines1980s as a starting time since the development of the “Chinese fever" internationalphenomenon. Description and analysis of certain major causes of the “Chinese fever”international phenomenon have been done as a basis to identify deficiencies and proposestrategies to improve the promotion of Chinese language."Chinese fever" phenomenon can besaid started since the1980s, and continue to develop in the1990s and21century and seems todevelop as one universal language. What is the main reasons behind this "Chinese fever"phenomenon? The research is based on the study of international relations perspective toanalysis into the causes of the level into the individual, national and international, differentlevels to promote the "Chinese fever" for different motives, can be divided into professionalneeds, cultural needs and interests demands from individual level, the political impetus,economic impetus and culture impetus from the national level and the international politicalfactors, international economical factors and international cultural factors from theinternational level.But at the same time in the developing process of "Chinese fever" as aninternational phenomenon also bring many problems, and this article attempts to put forwardsolutions to those problems. In fact, in the view of international relations, politics, economicand culture are closely interrelated, indeed affect the whole body, so I think the mostimportant solution is in the whole thinking on the political, economical, cultural andeducational aspects of the problem into account and find some integrated solutions.
