Third-year students live under enormous pressure in the current exam-oriented education system and the mode. A variety of faceors from internal and external could give them more pressure than ever before. Additionally, test scores for students is very important. Schoool、 sudents、teachers and parents are all focus in the score of graduation because it becomes only one basis of the admission of high school studies. In this context, rsearching students used a variety of emotion regulation strategy’s effectiveness, emotion regulation strategies on anxiety and something like that become the very thing we must pay attention to. So it is very important to find out the relationship between the different regulation strategies and student test scores to select the appropriate adjustment, adjust the students’emotions, improvestudent achievement, making the middle school students to be able to calm and confident face in the exam, test out a satisfactory result.In this study grade students in the use of on emotion different adjustment strategies and in the exam status-Trait Anxiety in different emotional strategies and the test state-trait anxiety affect, different emotional adjustment strategy and the test score of the impact of differentregulation strategies in play to affect the four aspects of the study, the use of questionnaires, interviews and other research methods, the following conclusions:1Middle school students is the most common emotion regulation strategies recreational activities and relax.2In the exam, find people to chat can be most effective to reduce state-trait anxiety level; in the examination, the use of regulation strategies than not the use of regulation strategies to lower the anxiety level is there to help the find people chat and entertainment strategy can be more effective to reduceanxiety levels.3Recreational activities, and relax the rest strategies have a positive impact on the test score results; to find someone to talk to have a negative impact for the test score.4Without regulation, recreational activities on the test play has a positive effect, and do not adjust the strategy better than entertainment strategy; Cognitive adjustments and find someone to chat to play in the test have a negative impact, and to find someone to chat worse than cognitive adjustment strategy.
