The Study Of International Trade Justice’s Problem

As a form of economic activity, the international trade shares the same essence and meaning with the economy. The economic activity primarily reflects the social relationship between human beings. Its occurrence, operation and objective are all link to the brain and practice; it is about the value and the meaning of man’s life. Especially with the rapid development of economy, the relationships between human beings and between countries become much closer. However, at the same time, there are also some other negative products, like the distribution of interests between the economic entities; the eco-balance between man and nature, the social statue between men.These problems are just here. The demand of justice in the international trade tends to pull and restrict the trade itself, making itself go into the right path. The justice should make some partitions in the interests and duty of the international trade with a balanced way, and make the whole interest of man as the ultimate result which is beyond the boundary of country and nation. The principle of justice in the international trade makes lights for the efficiency and justice, the unity of law and aim, the development of individual and integrated in the international trade, thus realizing the inner demand of the equality, well-order symbiosis of between human beings, man and society, man and nature. From the negative products and the injustice of the international trade, it reflects that, the justice should contain the following four value dimensions:first, respecting the life and eliminating the poor as the base; second, realizing the unity of efficiency and justice as the criterion; third, the equality of opportunity, the appropriate compensation as the principle; fourth, realizing the nature of man as the value standard.The appealing of justice means to change the idea of economy’s development but cease the development. It needs some new development patterns, and this "new" may just be the inclusive development. The "inclusive development" means the development of the quality of opportunity and the share of achievement among people; the mutual benefit and improvement among the countries and nations; the interaction and complementation among cultures; the well development of the eco-balance between man and nature. As an important concept in the globalization period, with the interests of the globalization and the regional economic integration, the aim of the "inclusive development" is to benefit all the countries and nations, including all the people, especially the disadvantaged groups and the underdevelopment areas. Thus it can be seen that the core meaning of the "inclusive development" is the equality of opportunity; the main aim is the share of achievement. It is rightly the highlight of the justice, and it echoes the appeal of the justice for the economy’s development. In a word, in the international trade, the new conception of justice favors the inclusivity of the economy’s development which provides new idea and new mode for the realizing of the justice in the international trade.
