Ecological Justice Problem Facing Our Country In International Trade And Its Response

Ecological justice, refers to anyone, no points from generation to generation, regardless of nationality, race, ethnic and class, also regardless of their gender, urban and rural areas, culture, status and wealth, and so on, they all share shall have the right to safe, clean and environmental sustainable development, is a from the freedom of damage to the environment. Better protect the rights of the people share the environment and prevent them because both sides of the relationship between fair and unfair environmental damage occurs, maximize the maintenance people dignity and their values as the final purpose. Under the rapid development of economy, the capital of the world, driven by a large number of the abuse of natural resources, human beings have to face the ecological crisis brought by the rapid development together. Ecological crisis is all mankind, each country should be treated together bear corresponding responsibility.Research on this question is helpful to reveal the ecological injustice phenomenon in the international trade, analyze the cause of the ecological injustice phenomenon in the international trade, and provide countermeasures of China’s response to ecological colonialism.In this paper, the main research content includes the following four parts:(1) the theoretical basis of ecological justice in the international trade and trade contains justice, ecological justice and the international ecological justice;(2) the developed countries in international trade for developing countries in the process of the pollution transfer, unsustainable industry transfer, resource plunder; Yet through the green barriers for developing countries economic repression, restricts the development of international trade; This a series of ecological justice problems in international trade;(3) the reason of ecological injustice problems exist in China’s international trade mainly includes two aspects of domestic and international factors and domestic factors is backward of economic development, ecological thought starting late, the GDP worship, the imperfection of the legal system of local government, low environmental standards, and environmental enforcement, etc. International factors is industry transfer, unfair trade in the developed countries, developed countries targeted green barrier, and the shortcomings of the international legislation and so on;(4) the author to our country in international trade ecological injustice problem put forward some countermeasures.In this paper, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) under the rapid development of economy, the world’s capital, a large number of the abuse of natural resources, human beings have to face the ecological crisis brought by the rapid development together. Ecological crisis is all mankind, each country should be treated together bear corresponding responsibility.(2) our country suffered a series of disaster, because the modern production development started late, and malicious from some hostile countries, so the productivity development level lags far behind the western developed countries, at lower levels, indirectly led to our country blindly pursue development while ignoring the ecological problems.(3) can pass by upgrading industry structure in our country, strengthen the optimization of the ecological environment; Promote the internalization of environment cost, further reducing ecological deficit; Active in international ecological cooperation, maintain ecological rights and interests of developing countries such as countermeasures to solve the ecological injustice problem in international trade.
