With the improving of international division of labor, the relationship between the interdependence and the collaboration of international production and circulation among countries, regions and areas has become increasingly close. As the important form and support, international trade is playing an pivotal role in promoting the development of world economy. However, because of historical problems of international trade, unbalanced developments of every country, political and economic strength and other factors, developing countries and underdeveloped countries do not receive the proper treatments while participating in international trade. It is a serious breach of the principles of modern international trade justice. Some countries have not got the essence of economic development, and are even used by other countries. The lack of international trade justice will not only affect the the healthy and stable development of the world economy, but is harmful to the future peace and stability of the world.This thesis will conduct a objective and explicit analysis from the perspective of ethics with the methodologies of documentation, case analysis and data analysis. This thesis firstly introduces the purpose and the significance of the study and then analyzes and generalizes the literature review at home and abroad, from which proposes the theoretical innovation of the study. Secondly, through the elaboration of the related concepts of international trade justice, this thesis proposes the basic principles of the international trade justice. Based on the principles, the thesis points out the important ethical values for healthily developing the international trade that the system of international trade justice can give. Thirdly, it focuses on the analysis of the injustice in the contemporary international trade, such as the lack of policies, the rampancy of the new trade protectionism, the imbalance in the distribution of benefits and the problems of responsibility shift. The author later finds out the reasons of the international inequality, frequent international conflicts and the deterioration of the global ecological environment caused by the injustice in international trade, which can be summarized as four points: the cognitive deviation of value, the political interference, the gaps between the levels of technical ability and the weakness of environmental awareness. Lastly, the thesis provides the solutions to the problems of international trade injustice. Generally speaking, every trade participant should develop and establish the correct values to make up equitable trade cooperations, strengthen international exchanges and adhere to the road of sustainable development in order to build and improve the system of international trade justice, and promote a healthy and sustainable growth of every countries’ and world economy. By which we will eventually achieve the goals of crossing the boundaries of countries, liberating the humanity and at last realizing a free, all-sided and harmonious development all over the world.
