Is dominated by Mongolians in Inner Mongolia ethnic minority autonomous areas, historical accumulation of heavy form its splendid culture. Mongolian culture related material culture such as construction, catering, clothing, spiritual culture such as religion, language, dance, literature, etc. Mongolians for literary creation cartoons, their characters, scene design, music and many other aspects of the show’s distinctive ethnic characteristics and well received by the public in particular young people’s favorite. Mongolian theme animation on advantages and functions of Mongolian cultural heritage and disseminating it goes without saying that is available in primary and secondary school education in Inner Mongolia region a vital learning resource.Education technology research and practice in respect of learning resources and learning process. And the development and use of learning resources, teaching methods and teaching organization of the teaching process and teaching the people have a profound effect. The basic education curriculum reform (trial) made in:schools must actively within and outside courses development and rational use of resources. With the deepening of curriculum reform to advance, many kinds of learning resources in the process of mining, development, has absorbed the essence of traditional culture in ethnic areas, integration into the classroom teaching culture, illustrating with distinctive ethnic features of learning resources, courses and teaching organizations. Study on some progress has also been made. But until now I haven’t found on Mongolian subjects animation learning resources research monographs, or literature. Theme animated Mongolians as a learning resource, and an analysis of national cultural property for this type of learning resources research, especially the objective statistical analysis studies have not. Hope that this paper can provide a case study for deepening the study resources research, also hope that the research process and conclusions can be a support to empirical research and teaching practice further, it can provide the reference for the same concern national learning resources and the teaching of application problems to researchers and teachers. At the same time, promote and develop more channels, the Mongolia nationality culture and diverse heritage.
