"Research On The Development And Protection Of Guizhou Hongfeng Town Culture Three" Strategic Vision

According to the Hongfeng town in Guizhou Province,"three simultaneous"(in the industrialization, the urbanization promote development of agricultural modernization) development and the protection of national culture in the development process, the ethnology, cultural studies, administrative management theory and basic methods in the field of research, from the current situation of the protection of the national traditional cultural theory system and culture as well as the existing problems, tries to discuss the national minority area development opportunities and the protection of national culture interaction and conflict, and puts forward some countermeasures for the existing problems.The paper is divided into four parts, the first part explains the research purpose, research object, research methods and difficulties; the second part, the macro analysis of Guizhou national culture protection status and experience; the third part is the keystone of the paper, mainly in Hongfenghu in three strategic perspective of national cultural development and protection as a case, discuss its implementation scheme, summarizes its successful experience; the fourth part, the continuation of the case the research results in the third part, discuss the three strategic problem how to effectively deal with the development and protection of ethnic culture, this paper puts forward some strategies.
