Study On Qu Jurist Ling Mengchu

Ling Mengchu is an important master in Qu. This thesis is written mainly by themethods of Mutual Verification between literature and history, and meticulous text reading.This paper tries to make a macrocosm observe of Ling Mengchu, and his life in Qu, andhis works in Qu. The frist part "introduction" explain the main intent of this thesis and thestatus problem of the research. Section1is the interpretaion about Ling Mengchu"sbiography (or whole life) based on the textual research. This passage tries to present hisnoble family backgroundinfluence to his offical career,and his life companied by opearcreation. Section2is study of his opear works. First of all,grasp his creation situation as awhole, then analyse his opear " HongFu San Zhuan" and "Qiao He Shan Jin Ji". Accord tohis "Tan Qu Za Zha" and " Nan Yin San Lai". Section3analyses Lingmengchu’s theory ofQu in a simple but clear way, and features his achivement as final.
