TV series are considered to be specific the form of arts that originated from the development of culture and economy. It has a property being a sort of intermediary diffusion. The ethical series, being the main narrative viewpoint to represent the contemporary Chinese families, reflect the audiences. On contrary, audiences themselves contribute in influencing the narrative context. Both two are closely sticking together. The article stands from the psychological point of view analyzing the stereotype of ethical series, along with the combination of context itself to analyze the characteristics of individual ethical series’. It comes out a conclusion that fits with the audiences’life and their psychological needs. And the prospect of ethical series, along with the reality of its condition, to be devoted for the researches towards ethical series’study, are main resources in the conclusion.Three chapters make up the main parts of the article. First chapter is the descriptions and analysis of audiences from the psychological point of view. The introduction of audiences’psychology is given at the beginning. By sorting the psychology and audiences’psychological processes for the TV series, we can acknowledge the cultural and social psychology as well as the art’appreciations of audiences. Based on the processes, the angle of analyzing for the research paper would be dedicated for the chapter two—ethical series of contemporary narrative viewpoint. It includes the reality of research that based on the series and the four stages that audiences will be through in between of the story’s development, the narrative feature of ethical series, the influences that audiences might have on the series, and stepwise illustrating the relationship of psychology and series. Chapter three, quotations towards the use of intermediary diffusion and need-satisfaction theory analyze the audiences’expectations of Chinese ethical series. Successful cases are give, like Jinhun and Kongjingzi, which come to the conclusion that the prospective future and kind of distressed...sort of speak. It stands on the audience’psychology and marketplace to look forward to the prospect.The article makes use of psychological theory in deep analyzing the contemporary ethical series, along with the intermediary diffusion and art’s point of views. In combination of the researches and cross-field study, it achieves in illustrating the contents of context precisely.
