In this paper, Google, Baidu, Sogou doodles were collected as samples, aimed to analyze the situation of search engine doodles from the perspective of journalism, brand management, economics and so on. First, I collected all of Google, Baidu, Sogou doodlesi, and established rubrics to analyze their number of changes trends and the form and content characteristics; then using depth interviews, microblogging interactive and other research methods to analyze users’ expectations and evaluation about doodles; Finally, analysis the value of doodles and make relevant recommendations on some of the existed problems.The study found that the doodles appear with increasing frequency, more doodles with dynamic effects, rich themes and strong cultural atmosphere; most users notice doodles and make a positive evaluation, especially the dynamic doodles whose user experience is better and impressing, generally doodles belong to the passive acceptance and were recalled after reminding the users. The doodles effectively convey the corporate culture, and plays an active role in the shaping of the corporate brand image, but there are problems about the too rapid update frequency and quantity overcome quality, which need to pay attention to.
