With the continual growth of Chinese economy and the deepening of the Chinese open-door policy, the business activities which use Chinese as. the working language has become increasingly active in the worldwide in recent years. Business Chinese, which for special purposes and has strong practicability, arises at the historic moment, and shows broad prospects for development. Therefore, studying the business Chinese from various angles, propose reasonable and achievable teaching design, structure the scientific and systematic teaching mode, summarize the professional and effective teaching methods, is the most pressing and the most realistic missions to the business Chinese circle. This paper does some research of the intermediate business Chinese comprehensive course to the southeast Asian students in China, trying to build up a scientific intermediate business Chinese comprehensive course teaching system, propose feasible teaching design, structure the systematic teaching model, summarizes the scientific teaching methods. Hope to guide the Southeast Asian students in China to learn intermediate business Chinese, improve their business Chinese level.This paper is divided into five parts, respectively is:chapter one is introduction, introduces the research status of Business Chinese, the research ideas and methods of the paper, the innovations of this article; Chapter two is propose the teaching design to the intermediate Business Chinese comprehensive course, choose the business topic, knowledge, skills, and teaching materials; chapter three base on the real teaching practice, combining students’ actual learning situation, choose appropriate teaching mode and teaching method, carry out the teaching design; chapter four is on the basis of teaching practice, reflect the teaching process, find the problems, sum up the experience; chapter five is summary.
