Acting as the basis of modern society development as well as the fundamentalforce to promote production, capital brings dual effect on human development. Basingon the criticism upon multiple perspectives from theory to reality and capital tophilosophy, Critique of Marx’s Capital Theory gives analysis to the inherent natureof capital in terms of economics and philosophy. The way to view humandevelopment in terms of capital demonstrates the significant theme of Philosophy ofMarx’s Capital Theory, which demands us a definite attitude towards the relationbetween capital and human development. The attitude asks the balance where theoverall and free development of human has been attached, between the“developmental capital” and “limited capital”. Therefore, the deeper study of thetheory of Marx’s Capital philosophy exerts extremely practical significance on therich and perfect development thought of Marxism’s.Based on the theoretical considerations, the framework structure of the article,in addition to the introduction and conclusion,is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the great effect of capital on human development. In thischapter, the author focuses on Marx’s theories on capital and the internal essence ofcapital, based on the different understandings of capital between Marx and Westerneconomists, points out that the capital has a practical function in promoting humandevelopment and makes a contribution to the human freedom and comprehensivedevelopment. The second chapter is the historical limitations of capital and the restrictions ofhuman development. In this chapter, based on Marx’s critical theories on capital, the author makes a concrete exposition of the limitations on capital and reveals thenegative effects of capital on human development through detailed analysis of theactive boundaries of capital, the human emptiness and materialization in the capitalistmode of production, the roles of capital civilization limitations and the restrictions ofhuman development. The third chapter is the abandonment of capital limitations and the ways ofhuman liberation. In this chapter, the author describes three specific forms ofself-abandonment of capital. Aimed at capital limitations, the reformist put forwarddifferent strategies, but with the outbreak of the economic crisis, these strategies aresoon confirmed to end in failure. Mars recognized that we have to use the means ofrevolution and reform, making the alienation of human nature as well as eliminating private property, and provide political and material economic base for the humancomprehensive development. The fourth chapter is the new modes of production and ways of human liberation. In this chapter, the author analyzes the consciousness of capital exploitation in thecapitalist mode of production and universal labor and rational labor providing thesocial and scientific conditions for the new mode of production pointed out by Marx, which enables comprehensive personnel instead of partial personnel and urges toengender a new production that is man becomes “free man” under communism. The fifth chapter is the capital economics in socialist and human development. Inthis chapter, the author analyzes the capital economics in socialist societies, whichrequires us to make use of and moderate the development of capital economics as wellas developing market economy. Under the guidance of “people-oriented” scientificconcept of development,we should vigorously develop the capital economy and pointout the progressive ways and right directions for the free and comprehensivedevelopment of contemporary people.
